Each Farm Dinner represents the story of the season—one that is engaging and memorable. Our country oasis is surrounded by farms, ranches and small purveyors and we are fortunate to have great relationships with the best. By providing us with their harvests at the peak of ripeness, our chefs are able to showcase the essence of each season. We also harvest ingredients foraged from our own organic farm. Our Farm Dinners are thus, a true labor of love.
